Data Deletion Instructions

This page is provided in compliance with Meta Platform Terms and GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure). When you delete your ReplyRun account, all your data — including your Instagram account connections, access tokens, campaigns, DM history, and personal information — is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
Method 1: Self-Service (Instant)
Recommended — takes effect immediately
Log in to your ReplyRun account at replyrun.in/login
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings
Click the Security tab in the settings sidebar
Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page
Click Delete Account and confirm the two verification prompts
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately
Method 2: Email Request
Processed within 48 hours
If you cannot access your account, or prefer to request deletion via email, send a message to:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address and (optionally) your ReplyRun User ID.
What Data Is Deleted
Note: Billing receipts and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations. These records contain only payment amounts and dates — not Instagram or campaign data.
Deletion Timeline
Account access revoked. All Instagram tokens invalidated via Meta API revocation.
All campaign data, DM history, and lead capture data permanently deleted from primary database.
All residual data purged from backup systems.
A deletion confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
