Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 15, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ReplyRun uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you use our platform. We keep our cookie use minimal — only what is strictly necessary to provide the service.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They help the website remember information about your visit — for example, keeping you logged in between sessions. Cookies set by the website operator are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by other parties are called "third-party cookies."
2. How We Use Cookies
ReplyRun uses essential first-party cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or social media cookies.
Our cookies are set exclusively via NextAuth.js, our open-source authentication library.
3. Cookies We Set
| Cookie Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| next-auth.session-token | Essential | Maintains your authenticated session. Set as HTTP-only and Secure — cannot be accessed by JavaScript. | 30 days |
| next-auth.csrf-token | Essential | Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection token. Prevents unauthorized form submissions. | Session |
| next-auth.callback-url | Essential | Remembers the page you were trying to access before being redirected to the login page. | Session |
| next-auth.pkce.code_verifier | Essential | Used during Google OAuth login flow for PKCE security verification. Deleted after login completes. | Session |
All cookies listed above are strictly essential to the functioning of the platform. The service cannot operate without them. Under GDPR, strictly essential cookies do not require user consent.
4. Analytics & Tracking
ReplyRun does not currently use any third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). Internal analytics (e.g., campaign DM counts) are derived from our own database and do not involve browser-based tracking.
If we introduce analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified with the option to opt out.
5. How to Control Cookies
Since we only use essential cookies, we do not offer a cookie consent toggle — essential cookies are required for the service to function.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that deleting essential cookies will log you out of ReplyRun. Common browser controls:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features or tracking tools. We will notify you of material changes by email. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
