3. Data Processing as a Service Provider

When you use ReplyRun to automate Instagram interactions, ReplyRun acts as a "Data Processor" and you act as the "Data Controller". We only process the personal data of your followers/commenters (such as Instagram User IDs and usernames) strictly in accordance with your instructions and active campaigns.

4. Sub-processors

To provide our service, we use certain third-party sub-processors (e.g., cloud hosting, database providers). We ensure all sub-processors are fully GDPR-compliant and offer adequate data protection safeguards.
