Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ReplyRun ("Company") governing your use of the ReplyRun Instagram DM automation platform at replyrun.in ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

ReplyRun provides an Instagram DM automation tool that allows Instagram Business and Creator account holders to automatically send direct messages to users who interact with their posts via specific keywords. The Service operates via the Meta (Instagram) Graph API and Messaging API in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.

ReplyRun is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information.

• Send unsolicited, spam, or harassing messages to Instagram users.
• Violate any Meta Platform Terms, Community Guidelines, or Messaging Policies.
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content via automated DMs.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity under applicable law.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform for unauthorized use.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or suspensions.
• Sell, resell, or sub-license access to the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users accounts or our systems.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund and reporting to Meta and/or applicable law enforcement.

Free Trial: ReplyRun offers a 60-day free Pro trial upon account creation. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically revert to the free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. To request a refund, email support@replyrun.in within 7 days of the charge.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

ReplyRun relies on the Meta Graph API and Instagram Messaging API, which are third-party services outside our control. You acknowledge and agree that:

• API Availability: Meta may change, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time without notice. ReplyRun is not liable for any service disruptions caused by Meta API changes, outages, or policy updates.
• Account Restrictions: Meta may restrict or disable your Instagram account independently of our Service. ReplyRun has no control over and is not responsible for such actions.
• 24-Hour Messaging Window: You acknowledge that the Instagram Messaging API enforces a 24-hour messaging window. ReplyRun enforces this window technically, but it is your responsibility to use the Service within Meta platform rules.
• User Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of automated DMs complies with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws including anti-spam regulations.

The ReplyRun platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by ReplyRun and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

You retain full ownership of the content you create (DM templates, campaign configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyRun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account.
• Actions taken by Meta with respect to your Instagram account.
• Any third-party content or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplyRun and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including Meta Platform Terms; or (d) any content you transmit via automated DMs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Requests from Meta or law enforcement agencies.
• Activity that poses a risk to other users, the platform, or Meta APIs.

You may terminate your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. For EU/UK users, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local law are not affected by this clause.
