Affiliate Program Terms

The ReplyRun Affiliate Program allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to our SaaS platform via a unique tracking link. Enrollment in the program is completely free but subject to our approval.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, and to terminate an Affiliate's participation at any time if these terms are violated.

Cookie Duration: We use a 60-day cookie. If a user clicks your affiliate link and signs up for a paid plan within 60 days, you will be credited for the referral. If the user clears their cookies or uses a different device, we cannot track the referral, and no commission will be awarded.

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a recurring percentage of the referred customer's monthly or annual subscription payments for up to 11 months, as specified in the Affiliate Dashboard at the time of signup.

Commissions are only earned on successfully collected payments. If a customer is refunded or their payment is disputed/charged back, any associated commission will be voided.

You must accumulate at least ₹1,000 in approved commissions before you can request a withdrawal.

Manual Payouts: Payouts are processed manually by our team. Once you hit the threshold, you can submit a "Withdrawal Request" from your Dashboard. We issue payments via UPI or direct Bank Transfer to the details you provide.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for withdrawal requests to be verified and transferred.

• No Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own affiliate link to purchase a ReplyRun subscription for yourself or your own business. Self-referral commissions will be automatically reversed.
• No Spam: Do not send unsolicited emails, Instagram DMs, or other communications promoting your affiliate link.
• No Paid Search Brand Bidding: You may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., "ReplyRun", "Reply Run App") on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other PPC networks.
• No Misrepresentation: Do not make false claims about ReplyRun features, pretend to be an official employee, or use our logo in a way that suggests an official endorsement rather than an affiliate relationship.

ReplyRun may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have engaged in fraudulent activity, violated these Terms, or harmed the reputation of our brand.

Upon termination for violation of terms, any unpaid commissions will be permanently forfeited.

We may modify these terms, including the commission structure or payout threshold, at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Affiliate Dashboard. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
